Shareholders/ beneficial owners of Equity Shares of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd
in respect of the Offer for buyback of 9,41,176 fully paid-up equity
shares of face value of Rs. 2 each at a price of Rs 850 per fully
paid-up equity share on a proportionate basis through the tender offer
process.
