on Thursday
Nifty closed in red for second consecutive trading session at 8724.70
levels, down by 67.60 points or 0.77%; while Sensex closed at 28155.56 levels,
lower by 183.75 points or 0.65% on Wednesday. There were 298 advances, 1361
declines and 73 unchanged stocks on NSE in Wednesday’s trading session.
Maximum open interest was seen at Nifty February 8800 CE and Nifty February 8500 PE. Nifty February 9000 CE witnessed addition of 8,09,550 contracts in its open interest; while Nifty February 8800 PE witnessed decline of 9,84,150 contracts in its open interest.
